Terms of Service

The Service

Motion Toolkit lets you describe a video, have an AI generate the animation code, preview it live in your browser, add sound, and export it as an MP4. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit basis as described in the pricing section of the site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create content that infringes the rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or the underlying systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service, or scrape it in bulk.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the videos you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and render your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload. We store uploaded assets solely to generate and render your videos, and we do not use them for unrelated purposes.

Credits, plans, and billing

The Service uses credits to measure AI usage. Plans include a number of credits that refill each billing period, and you may purchase additional top-up credits. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and auto-renew each period until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds

All purchases, including subscriptions and credit top-ups, are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

The Service and its underlying software, code, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

Subject to your rights in your own content, you may use the videos you create for your own lawful purposes.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs) for generation. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AI-generated output is produced automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or as otherwise required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Motion Toolkit is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
