Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text), and an optional profile photo.
• Content you create: your video projects, the chat messages you send, the animation code generated for your videos, project settings, and your saved plans.
• Uploaded assets: images, video, audio, and Lottie files you upload to use in your videos.
• Usage and technical information: your IP address, browser type and user agent, and information about your active sessions (used for security and to manage sign-ins).
• Billing records: plan, subscription status, and limited payment information such as the brand and last four digits of a saved card, and invoice history.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, including to:

• Provide the Service: generating, rendering, and exporting your videos; storing your projects; and keeping your sessions in sync.
• Process payments and manage your plan, credits, and subscription.
• Send account, security, and transactional emails, such as email verification and password reset.
• Respond to support requests.
• Protect the Service and prevent abuse or fraud.

Assets you upload

We store the images, video, audio, and Lottie files you upload for the sole purpose of generating and rendering the videos you ask for. We do not use your uploaded assets for any unrelated purpose.

Uploaded assets are deleted when you delete the project they belong to or when your account is deleted.

Artificial-intelligence providers

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate animation code and to generate sound effects and music.

For animation generation, we send the relevant project context — including your prompts, the generated animation code, and metadata about your project — to our language-model providers (currently DeepSeek and OpenAI).

For sound and music generation, we use ElevenLabs. We send ElevenLabs only the text prompt describing the sound or music, which may include context from the video being generated. No other data — such as your uploaded files — is sent to ElevenLabs.

Payment processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, you provide your payment details directly to Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).

We receive limited information from Stripe — such as the payment method brand and last four digits, and subscription and transaction records — which we store to manage your account and billing.

Email delivery

Transactional emails (such as verification and password-reset emails) are sent through Resend, which processes recipient email addresses on our behalf to deliver those messages.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a strictly necessary authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the Service: with Stripe for payments, with our AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) as described above, with Resend for transactional email, and with our hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of us and our users.

Data retention

Projects and uploaded assets are retained while your account is active, and until you delete them. Chat events used to resume in-progress sessions are kept for a limited time (about 24 hours) and are then replaced by the latest project snapshot. Billing and transaction records may be retained longer as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to any retention required by law or legitimate business needs (such as financial records).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
